I Earn My Living With Forex

Familiar with the above statement?

If you look at clickbank and try hit “forex” keyword you will discover hundreds of search results on this. These forex publishers mostly claim they do forex for a living.

When I was reading some of the sales letter I came to imagine if thousands can be made thro forex everyday, then why bother writing ebook and sell it?

I am looking at 2 angles here in order to make fair opinions.

One – There are simply people who actually do forex and good at it but don’t intend to share their knowledge. They are keeping it to themselves because “forex time” is more precious than “writing a book”. These people need time to evaluate market fundamentals and judge currency pair that already on buy or sell signal. They make more money on forex than selling forex ebook.

Two – There are people who know forex and good at it but love to impart what they know. These are people who “find” the time to write ebook on forex or let the writer write for them. They just share their ideas and make extra from the market. Hey, you be surprised that there are already rich forex traders that want to give back by writing book.

Most in this group, however, I think is one step ahead in trying to profit from the market. They know very well that every day there are a lot of people who want to learn forex and in view of this market gesture they make quick money from selling books. I call these people true entrepreneur because they know when to gain for multiple income from the forex market. Imagine selling book online for example, you actually can make hundreds per book. The cost is practically nothing except for hiring ghost writer.

But a lot of people asked me, can forex makes them money?

Have you heard about this remark somewhere? “ There is high risk trading forex”. We normally find it on forex advertisement that gives a connotation that forex is seriously a high risk investment. But, high risk gives high return, don’t they?

My only answer to above question is that you really need to “learn the way to trade foreign exchange” or currency spot in order to make profits. Forex market is huge and the most volatile market. If you do not have the keys to profit, you are just “putting your head to be slaughtered”. I mean this market can simply wipe out your money in a matter of minutes.

You need to learn the skill, manage your money, plan the trade and trade the plan. In forex you cannot trade with emotion.

What about trading “forex using robot”? Well, my opinion is that robot is just a machine that is built using software script that has certain algorithm computations to read and trace trend and indicators.

There are good forex robots in the markets. My only suggestion is that you need to backtest these robots using demo accounts and judge for yourself. Ask for refund if they failed you. I mean if this is not real, why then reputable agency like FXCM is offering such service. As I said, you cannot trade forex based on emotion, the reason why robot would be the better deal.

Whatever your choice is, in forex you need to test and test before you trade real accounts. Never mind the long time taken to test your skill or thousands of beta trade you can do with or without robot. Be it 3 or 4 months, just be really good at it before trading real accounts. As I said in my earlier post, never use your savings!

Remember in any investment situation, you just have to do a lot of practices because practice makes perfect.

So, What Internet Business Is Good?

Speaking of internet business, you really need ideas. It is okay if you take time to think about it.

Do you want to sell your own products or products owned by other people? If you want to sell people’s products for a commission then you will get involved with “affiliate marketing”.

Internet business is similar to running conventional business. As it is, you need a product or products, a shop, a place (or location) and some money. Off course in any business, internet included, you need people to come to your place to buy your product/s.

As you know advertisement is a medium to lure people to your place. Advertisement comes in many forms, be it for free or paid for. It can be costly if you pay to advertise. If your advertisement is effective you would see people coming to your place responding to your advertisement. On internet, the flow of visitors coming to view your site is what we call “traffic”.

Let me summarise what you really need in order to start internet business:

Products

Product is common in any business. It can be in the form of physical products, services, software or e-books. It is either selling your own products or other people’s products.

A shop

A shop has a name to it i.e. “Apple Diet Private Limited” with business address. On internet, we call it website address or domain name i.e. “www.applepactchdiet.com".

If you signed up for affiliate marketing you may not need a domain because you may be given a replicated website address or domain embedded with your id to earn commission. But some experts say you still need a good landing page to explain the good things about the products you are promoting.

A place

Conventionally, your shop may be a place to sell located at certain place with business address. You would normally have to pay rental. On internet, your domain needs to be hosted by a “hosting company” in a server. You need to pay a monthly fee.

Customers

In any business, you need people to buy your products, the reason why telling people about what you sell is a must. You can shout if you like, but shouldn’t there be better ideas? Give away leaflet for example. Better still if you can advertise on newspaper, radio or television. But, these are expensive.

Many people thought that if you do online business, you don’t need to advertise to bring in traffic to your site. That’s practically wrong. You can either do free or paid advertising.

If you like to do free advertising, you can read a book written by an expert in this field called “slumdog emillionaire” . This book is also a good guide if you want to start selling your own products because it teaches you from A-Z about internet marketing.

So, bottom line is, there is no point setting up a shop with no people coming to buy your products. If you noticed I said buy, not just come by to view your products. Therefore, you need quality traffic. That is why some experts say to be successful on the internet you have to devote 80% of your effort doing advertising for more traffic.

A conventional shop may have a sales person describing about products that you sell but internet has a page or pages that outline what’s in store and give product descriptions. Thus, your sales page or “sales letter” must be powerful enough to convince visitors.

Making follow-up? You just need to fix a good “auto-responder” for your site. You can’t be talking to many people explaining about your goods especially when your products are on the “world wide web”. Your auto-responder will be contacting your potential customers all over the world and try convert into sales.

I am sure by now, you already have got the ideas how to do internet marketing. So, what business is good? For me anything niche is good, be it your own products or affiliate.

What Is Make Money Online?

If you make a search on the internet today and hit the "how to make money online" keywords, you will be amazed at the rate of the search results. You simply will get more than 76million hits immediately.

The adwords that will appear on the side bar is equally amazing. If you are stimulated by the ad, you will start reading every single ad and search result that appear and finally get bored.

When I started to explore make money online opportunities, I started do the same until I finally asked myself. There is too much to read. So, which is which now, I asked.

Apparently, these ads and searches sound so interesting and can make you believe that most of the programs can really make money. Aren't there too many programs that can make money? See for yourself and it can only make you confused, don't they?

I realised finally that most make money programs online can be scams. I was told that I needed more information if I was very serious about making money through the internet.

Through my readings, I learned you don't really have to rush.

You can start by asking a few questions. Why do you want to make money online? Is it about bad economy that you need to get ready? How much can you spend if you can really find the right programs? Do you have time for all these? Is it really necessary to do online? Or is it because you love internet that you like to explore more?

My personal comments would be simple. Any business, be it conventional or internet business the ideas are the same. When you need to market a product/s or service/s you need a shop, a location, time and off course, money. About these same requirements needed, on internet, people call it "internet marketing".

How you look at the amount of time and money to spend depends on what you intend to do online.

Some people, however, meant to say making online investment is construed to be making money online. You will understand that this sort of business won't require much of your concern on the type of products or services to sell. You just need the right amount of money you are ready to loose and time to look at your investment.

To do online investment, you really need to use only your surplus or money you can forget if the investment is not to your favour. Never use your savings.

Well, simply put if making conventional selling products or services is not your cup of tea then I do not see internet business is good for you. Same goes, if you don't do any investment, then I don't see why internet investment is just right for you.
